Arrival & Departure Policy
Our Standard Check-In and check-out times are 2:00 PM and 11:00 AM, respectively. Early Check-In and late Check-Out are Subject to Availability.
A reservation must be made starting from the previous night to guarantee an early check-in.
Identity proof
In accordance with government regulations, guests must present proof of identity during check-in. This requires an original, government-issued photo ID. Accepted forms of identification include passports for foreign nationals and driving licenses, Aadhar cards, or passports for Indian nationals. PAN cards or office-issued ID cards will not be accepted at the time of check-in.
Guarantee Policy
Every booking requires a guarantee with a bank deposit, valid credit card details or a travel agency prepaid confirmation voucher at the time of reservation. We accept all major credit & debit cards.

Child Stay and Meal Policy
Should you wish to take a separate room for children below 12, we are pleased to offer the same at 50% price of the parents’ room (subject to adequate availability in the same category). The offer is not applicable on Weekends & high-demand dates.
Spa Policy
The jüSTa or Partner Spa is for the exclusive use of our resident guests only.

Amendments to the Policy
jüSTa Hotels and Resorts reserves the right to amend these policies at its discretion. Any changes will be communicated to guests with existing reservations, and the updated policies will be available on our website.
