Why Our Guest Love Us!
We stayed in a suite with an imposing view of the stunning monsoon palace. The entire hill seemed to be a bio diversity park with flora all over. This property is away from the main city roads and is probably the only stay option in the vicinity - hence we enjoyed complete serenity and peace. A major highlight of our suite was the ultra luxurious bathroom with a massive glass window facing the forest and the palace on top. Bonus was definitely the huge jacuzzi !
Very friendly and welcoming staff. Everyone was very polite and helpful specially at reception Ms Manpreet. Chef also helped us prepare a dish off the menu as we were bored of eating the usual for few days. Breakfast was good. Although room cleaning and supplies were not at par with other 5 star properties, they were good considering the price tag and other postives. We intended to spend 1 night initially but made it 2 looking at the hospitality.
It was great as the staff was really polite and friendly there was a 8months baby travelling with us and they made each and every requirement possible which we needed and the person serving is food Mr.Suman was really friendly and nice.😇He even made a bed out of a sofa chairs at the restaurant for the baby to relax.Really good property and ambiance is peaceful and relaxing.✨The rooms were so spacious and nice view.👍🏻
