Rate inclusions
Rates are inclusive of accommodation, daily breakfast, lunch and dinner at the restaurant, 20% savings on Food & soft beverages, spa & laundry (depending on availability of the said services at each unit), 25% off on recreational services (wherever said services are available), 20% savings on a second room for kids under the age of 18 years (available at select hotels, bookable through Guest Contact Centre & applicable from September through December) and Wi-Fi. All extra services & amenities not part of this offer will be on an additional charge.
Deposit Policy
Valid credit card details are required to guarantee the booking. Validation charge may appear on guest credit card statement.
Modification of booking
Please note that a change in the length or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change.
Cancellation Policy
The hotel’s standard cancellation policy will be applicable. Retention would be charged as per the hotel policy.
Applicable Taxes
Taxes extra as applicable.
Terms of stay
The offer is applicable at participating hotels on select days of the week only and is subject to availability.

Extra Bed / Child policy
For kids under 7 years of age, there will be no additional charges for stay in the same room and meals. Guest/child aged 7 or above will be considered as an extra occupant at an additional charge for extra bed and/or meals. Please reach out to the specific hotel for more information on the additional charges.
Important Documents
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room. As a government mandate, guests are expected to present a valid proof of identity at the time of check in.

• Rates are applicable on a per-night basis.
• Rates are commissionable to Travel Agents by 10%

• Blackout dates apply.
• Welcombreaks are not applicable for bulk/group/conference bookings (4 packages and more), rates for which can be separately negotiated.
• Meals included in the package may vary from hotel to hotel.
• Meal inclusive in package is valid on select dishes/pre-set menu. Meals will not be valid for Buffets inclusive of alcohol.
• Discounts in the package cannot be offset against the package rate.
• Spa services are subject to prior appointment. A 24 hour notice would be appreciated.
• Please note: Some hotel services may be curtailed as per local authority directives. We regret any inconvenience caused.
