We are excited to collaborate with you as an influencer for our brand. These terms & conditions outline the expectations, responsibilities, and benefits of being an influencer affiliated with jüSTa Hotels & Resorts. You agree to adhere to these terms and our brand guidelines by participating in this collaboration.

At jüSTa Hotels & Resorts, we believe in the power of meaningful connections and authentic storytelling. We understand that you, as an influencer, possess a unique ability to connect with your followers and bring our brand to life creatively and engagingly. 

These terms are designed to create a mutually beneficial partnership. We appreciate the value you bring to our brand, and we look forward to working together to inspire travel enthusiasts and create memorable moments.

• The collaboration will commence on the date of the agreement and will continue for the duration specified in a separate agreement or email communication.
• If either party wishes to cancel the collaboration, they must provide written notice to the other party as soon as possible. If the collaboration has already begun, any agreed-upon compensation or deliverables will be prorated based on the work completed.
• If either party wishes to change the date or timeline for the collaboration, they must provide written notice to the other party with a minimum of 7 days prior notice, subject to mutual agreement.
• If there is a need to change the number of guests included in the agreement, the influencer must provide the hotel with prior notice. The parties will mutually agree upon any additional costs or adjustments to the agreement.
• Dual branding on any content curated at jüSTa Hotels & Resorts is not permissible.
• The influencer agrees to collaborate with jüSTa Hotels & Resorts by creating and publishing content on social media platforms and other agreed-upon channels.
• The influencer’s content may include but is not limited to, reviews, recommendations, and promotional materials related to jüSTa Hotels & Resorts.
• Both parties will agree upon the specific content, scope, and deliverables before the collaboration.
• The influencer agrees to create accurate, honest content and aligned with jüSTa Hotels & Resorts brand values and guidelines. The influencer shall not create defamatory, offensive, or misleading content.
• The influencer will follow jüSTa Hotels & Resorts content guidelines and policies regarding using their trademarks, logos, and copyrighted materials.
• The influencer shall tag and mention jüSTa Hotels & Resorts in all relevant social media posts and provide appropriate credit in blog posts, photographs, or other forms of content created about the agreement. 
• Compensation for the collaboration will be outlined in a separate agreement or email correspondence.
• Compensation, if applicable, will be detailed in the campaign brief and may include monetary payments, complimentary stays at our properties, or other mutually agreed-upon forms of compensation.
• In the case of barter deals, the influencer shall receive the agreed-upon products or services from us in exchange for the promotional services rendered.
• jüSTa Hotels & Resorts will not be responsible for any expenses incurred by the influencer unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
• The influencer grants the company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, and display the content created for the campaign for promotional purposes across all media platforms and channels.
• jüSTa Hotels & Resorts retains ownership of intellectual property or materials provided to the influencer during the collaboration.
• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term or condition outlined herein.
• Termination of the agreement does not relieve either party of any obligations accrued before the termination.
• The company reserves the right to use, reuse, and repurpose the content for any marketing, advertising, promotional, or public relations purposes without the need for additional permissions or compensation to the influencer.
• The company retains the right to review and approve all content before publishing or using it for promotional purposes. The influencer shall provide requested revisions and edits promptly.
• The influencer is bound to share all the pictures and videos they took within one week of departure.
• The influencer shall not disclose any confidential information provided by jüSTa Hotels & Resorts during or after the collaboration without written consent.
