Onora Hospitality has strengthened its presence in North India’s leisure hospitality market with the signing of a 50-room hotel conversion project in Kachi Ghati, Shimla, under its jüSTa Hotels & Resorts brand. Scheduled to welcome guests in February 2027, the upcoming hotel will become the brand’s sixth property in Himachal Pradesh, reinforcing its expansion strategy across popular holiday destinations in the region.
Situated in Kachi Ghati, the new property is being developed to serve a diverse range of guests, including holidaymakers, families, wedding groups and corporate travellers. Designed as a multi-purpose hospitality destination, the hotel will offer accommodation alongside a broad selection of dining options, wellness amenities, recreational experiences and dedicated event spaces. The development aims to accommodate everything from relaxing mountain holidays and family celebrations to business meetings and larger social occasions.
